Important for SEO – URL Rewriting

Many eCommerce sites are dynamic. This isn't a problem unsless you have extensions like whatever.com/products.php?!@312341@$!@$@! for every product page you have. Back then, business owners didn't really care but now, after SEO become such a big deal, it may be a good idea to rewrite the products.php?!@#!@#!@ part to products/quality_chairs/wooden . There are several ways to achieve this. Either you get the website reprogrammed in way that it dynamically creates those URLS, which would cost money and time and sometimes isn't 100% as good as it should be. You can get a new static website, which is a hastle as well. Or the best way would probably be learn, or make your programmer learn URL rewriting. More on URL rewriting here!
